First, I should say that we were doing a beer trip in Belgium. So it's no coincidence we ended up there. Just another tourist trap in tourist trap street (rue des Bouchers). Delirium is just a bar that you could find anywhere in the planet, the only difference is that here they broke a world record in 2004 when they were able to stock 2004 different beers from around the world (big deal when the majority come from Belgium). This really is every bit as good as the other write-ups suggest. The music, the ambience, the beers - all out of this world. We vowed to definitely come back here one day, and next time we're bringing all our friends! more

At the Delirum cafe downstairs, we tried a few different bottled beers that looked interesting, nothing disappointing! Then up to the Tap Room, I literally didn't recognize any of the 20ish beers on tap...between the three of us we tried 9 of them. Including one of the nuclear red cherry brews. All great. 24 beers on tap upstairs, 2004 beers downstairs. Cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. Didn't try any food. Try Delirium Tremens. Check it out, but bring your map- It's basically at the end of an alley, but a well-lit, not scary one. more
