When in the Regentschapstraat/Rue de Regence, go up for half a mile. When in the Marollen, take the free elevator. It brings you right up to a fantastic view over the city. You will remark the Town Hall, the Atomium and the Koekelberg basilica. enter the Justice Palace and get overwhelmed by its vastness and the height of its cupola.... more
