Very near to Brussels Central Railway Station, this place has very well appointed garden and you can sit here for relaxing specially in sunny days in the winter. You can see building near Grand Place from here. Sometime, you may encounter some local guys who may be very friendly, try to avoid them. Better to go here with guide.

We got there at sunset, the view was simply breath taking! Definitely worth the walk up! Located on upper town, you see beautiful gardens, and buildings from the lower town (Grand-Place) from up there. A must go!

I love this place. While in Belgium I kept coming back to Jardin du Mont des Arts every time I had an opportunity. Great place to people watch and is so beautiful. Seating down at the Jardin on a sunny day is a must to feel like a local of Brussels.

A short distance from the city center, this beautiful place named ''Mont des Arts'' or commonly ''Artist's Hill'', is a spectacular place rich in art with a lovely manicured garden, certainly not the top attraction in the city, but a short visit is due.

In the late 19th century King Leopold II converted this section of the city, the Mont des Arts is a cluster of art institutes, a landscaped hillside which offers some great city views including the spire of the Town Hall and a pretty garden. At the top of Mont des Arts is the Royal Fine Arts Musuem, after our visit... More

There are various events there during some weekends, but not really something to put on your agenda if limited time

It is worth visiting the Mont and walking down towards the rail station as one gets a good view of Brussels as well and some nice photos in the park on the way down.Unfortunately none of the fountains had any water in them but would look beautifully if operating.

The Mont des Artes offers a spectacular view of the city center as well as a much nicer view of the royal palace garden. And the later is a real nice view.

A marvelous descent with fine horticulture and impressive buildings that surround. In a nice weather you can see the tower of the City Hall, the gem of Grand Place. From the bottom, historical Brussels is just a couple of minutes away.
