A must see when you go to Brussels. I liked it a lot as it is just in the Grande Place, one of the most beautiful places in town

Lots of history to be found inside and out. A beautiful appearance onto the main square, also providing a free WiFi hotspot for those tourists wishing to connect. The exhibitions inside are very interesting and the Hotel de Ville is another must-see when in Brussels!

Any visitor to Brussel's Grand Place will see the Town Hall from the outside. It's a beautiful building and best viewed at night. If you are interested in history and/or the modern day workings of the City of Brussels, set aside the time to take a guided tour of the Hall. Tours are available at various times in Dutch, English... More

Good, reasonably priced museum housed within a very beautiful building . Houses a small but excellent pottery collection on the ground floor and on the top floor live the 300+ costumes of Mannekin Pis. The latter of which are much more interesting (and fun) than the statue itsel.

This building is amazing, the square it is set in and the general area is superb. Steeped in history and culture you cannot stop yourself imagining what this place would have looked like through various periods in time. The architecture is to be marvelled at and proves what a truly fantastic place Europe can be. Well worth a visit, it... More

This is a nice building and the architecture is great, it shows a lot of history as do the surrounding buildings. It is very stiking in many ways and is nice to go and have a look at.

Well, it surely is one of the landmarks of Brussels. The tower is quite impressive. In addition, it's 1st floor terraces are the best place to watch the Tapis de fleurs from - every other year in mid-August - the flower carpet. Admission is around 1-2 euro during the flower carpet days.

While you're at Grand Place, the most significant building will be the Town Hall. This magnificent structure absolutely rules the square, not only with its size and height, but with amazing architecture, too. Not persistent in styles, but that's the part of the beauty.

All I can do is to echo previous posters seniments , beautiful building in a fairy tale setting, which simply is captivating and inspiring. A must when visiting Brussels especially as it is so central to the hub of the city.
