Nowadays, it still show its wonderful architecture, together with up-to-date concert venues (Orangerie, Rotonde, Witloof Bar ...). Discover our many concerts over the year through our website or visit our galery called Museum, with its 4 or 5 big exhibitions a year (photography, paintings, ...). « less

Originally laid out over an old plague pit (!) these botanical gardens offer a great place to escape from the surrounding offices and traffic. My reason for visiting was actually to see US band Girls Against Boys perform as part of the Les Nuites Botanique festival. Great setting for a gig, with a few reasonably priced food stalls, bar, and... More

It has different halls where they host concerts and the prices are very reasonable. A place to discover new groups and performers, a must see if you are in Brussels!

Its a fantastic place to see, but if you have the chance to go there for a concert or a great exposition... you won't regret it

Concerts, exhibitions, walk in the park, views of the city. That kind of sums it up. This historic building with appending botanical gardens hosts a cultural centre, where you can see alternative music acts and interesting exhibitions of upcoming and established visual artists, that are perhaps not widely known to the general public. Always a treat.

I didn't like anything. Well, maybe that's a slight exaggeration. I went expecting, well, botanical things. The grounds I would rate a 3 out of 10. They were okay, just okay. What made them creepy, even at 10:30 am, a time I chose based on other reviews, was the creepy leering men (and yes, I do believe they were drinking... More

Each year in may there's a festival in the Botanique with a lot of good music. Very nice relaxed atmosphere during this festival. You can stay at Hotel Bloom around the corner. It's also a nice place to picnic during daytime. Not s nice neighborhood in the evening when the're no concerts.

We figured we would walk through it to reach the Rue Neuve on a Saturday afternoon, 2 30 year olds pushing 2 strollers. We got hassled by 2 different groups of drunks (grown men). The park it's self was very nice but the people hanging around the building = disgusting!!

special architecture, the building gives a special feel, especially when inside, but also the surrounding gardens are nice.

This place used to be Brussels Botanic Gardens. It now is much more than that. The cultural activities (exhibitions, concerts, performances, contemporary dance, etc) are numerous and very varied. The café-bar-snack is good.
