Yet another free thing to do in Brussels. We picked up a tin tin trail map in one of the local pubs which guided you to all the tin tin art in and surrounding the city. Such detailed and well maintained pieces of art. A fun way of seeing the city

There is a Tintin trail that you can follow if you really want to but keeping a wary eye out is probably enough. There is usually a reason why they are placed where they are. For example, Tintin hand in hand with a male friend is on a corner of one of the gay areas.

We really enjoyed spotting all of the murals as we walked around the town. Some were large and obvious but there were some other smaller dashes of colour on mailboxes, building fronts that are not quite as large as the most distinctive Tin Tin one near Mannekin Pis.

Very cute and creative, nice to see. Not much effort needed to spot them which is good as no thine wasted. Probably a good idea to visit the Tintin museum if time permits!

These murals are in the way to other attractions. So you don't have to plan to see them. If you walk around, you will definit

I liked all the murals that we hunted and took photos of during our trip but really enjoyed this one as who doesn't love Tin Tin! It features TinTin chasing a bad guy with Snowy chasing after. It is a very well done piece of art work.

Whist we were in Brussels we decided to do the comic strip walk, and this Mural was one of many excellent works. I believe you can buy a map of where all of these are, but all we did was download the locations onto a tablet and off we went. The bonus of this walk apart from the artwork was... More

This attraction is probably mislabelled. There is a very prominent Tintin mural near the Manneken Pis and some visitors may assume that is it. In actual fact, there are numerous cartoon murals dotted around the city featuring different comic characters but it’s a question of knowing where to look. The best way to see these is to purchase the relevant... More

If you have lots of time, and the weather is fine, it may be worth a few hours of your time to follow the Comic Strip Trail. Otherwise, just take a look at the Tintin Painting. The others are not that impressive afterall.

This painting show Tin Tin, Captain Haddok and Snowy running down some stairs. This is a famous comic review of Hergè. This painting is closer to Mennekenpis downtown Bruxelles.
