Don't visit the boring Tintin shop - walk through the streets and spot these murals. Go. Now. They really look good in real life.

Loved walking through the streets and spotting these murals! Also seeing the peepee boy :P who saved the town! The little shops through the streets are uber cute! Loads of chocolates to buy from! I bought loads of Lindor! <3 Their Belgian waffles are to die for! We ran out of time otherwise I know I could've scoffed down another... More

Tintin comic books have been part of my childhood and therefore, for me it was important that I go and see the famous Tintin mural in Brussels. He is the first Belgian I ever knew and till date he remains my favourite Belgian in the world! I would have liked to have done the whole Comic Strip Trail, but had to... More

It was really funny to come to this mural by accident from the Grand Place. I must have forgotten Tintin was Belgian. Being a Tintin fan I stopped and took my time following the mural. I saw it from afar and went at once for a glance. The shops offer several Tintin souvenirs as well.

Brussels is a must visit for all us Tintin fans. This mural is one example how important that comic character is here. Easy visit, because it's near Manneken Pis statue and Grand Place. But remember to look up, so you won't miss it!

I was so happy to see the mural painting of Tintin climbing down the stairs when we were walking from Grand Place towards the Mannequin Pis. It's not a huge wall but lovely enough for me as I grew up with Tintin comics. You might miss it though, if you walk with your eyes on the ground. Always look up... More

Brussels is the capital of comics, so you will see a lot of murals and statues of comic characters during your visit. As the reporter Tintin is ofcourse one of the most popular, there are several wall paintings by Hergé . The most well-known mural of Tintin is in the Rue de L’Étuve, but if you are a fan or... More

If you're a TinTin fan, you'll find many paintings and souvenirs about this famous Belgian reporter in Brussels. All you need to do is looking carefully at buildings and walls to them everywhere! TinTin souvenirs are also available in many shops, but I personally didn't like them that much. They are not designed nicely and there are not many options.... More

Halfway between the Grand Place and Mannequin Pis is the Tin Tin wall mural. Located amongst several souvenir shops, the three story tall mural of Tin Tin can be seen from a block away. This mural was a navigation point on The Amazing Race Season 19 Episode 11. Tin Tin is one of the most famous comic strips in the... More

Yet another free thing to do in Brussels. We picked up a tin tin trail map in one of the local pubs which guided you to all the tin tin art in and surrounding the city. Such detailed and well maintained pieces of art. A fun way of seeing the city
