Last October '14 we, along with my family went to Brussels which was as a part of our Europe visit. It is a beautiful place. The chocolate of Belgium is well known - you will love it.

I've done Hop On - Hop Off tours in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. I've found them to be a good introduction to a city. This bus tour didn't meet my expectation. On my first tour (there are two routes), I realized, after ten minutes, that I was listening to the tour for the other route. There were long... More

We happened on to a great walking tour - new europetours - with a great guide Berber. The tour was free and guide only asked for a tip if satisfied. Having been disappointed to learn that all the museums were closed (it was a Monday), this turned out to be a great substitution

We had a long weekend in Brussels and it really wasn't enough time to see the Atomium and the Sacre Coeur Basilica so the bus tour was a good way to see everything. The commentary wasn't brilliant - often we had passed the sight being talked about or it sometimes wasn't clear enough as to which building we were supposed... More

One of the delights of a hop-on, hop-off bus is the commentary. Not on the Brussels tour, where the cords on the earphones are too short(!), some of the connections are worn out and don't work and the commentary is generally uninspiring. Added to which, the commentary seems to miss a large number of the interesting places that are passed... More

We were left late at night (about 10PM in the dark) at the edge of Ghent on the side of the busy highway with no phone, no phone number and not sure where we were. We are from Australia, in our sixties and felt unsafe in a place we did not know. We were staying in Ghent but the Brussels... More

This would have been a 5/5 as the tour itself is excellent and the Guide Dietrich was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The tour is supposed to include pick up and drop off from the hotel. We were picked up in the morning on time from our hotel approx. 2 miles away. However, in the evening as we got back... More

I did this tour in September 2014 - there are 2 separate routes and I did one route. The Atomium route. I was only in Brussels for the day and did not want to spend the whole day on the bus... I purchased my ticket online and joined the tour at Central Station. As far as these types of tours... More
