What a waste of our time in Brussels. That's 75 minutes I will never get back. Possibly the most boring bus tour ever. We always do these on our city breaks but wish we hadn't. The commentary didn't keep up with the driver so we had no clue what we were looking at, there was very little of it and... More

I took a one day tour to Brussels. The guide was great, very informative, and the tour took us to all of the highlights--Arc de Triompe, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the King of Brussels residence and his working palace, NATO Headquarters, European Union Headquarters, the Atomium, the Manneken Pis, and about 4 hours on our own in the city... Without a shadow of doubt THE worst bus tour of a major city we have EVER undertaken. The auto commentary was sparse and uninteresting (despite the history that clearly surrounded us) The routes (particularly the red tour) are very stop start and for large periods you are sitting stationary at traffic lights or held up in narrow (uninteresting) streets. We... More

Christos is a very nice person and a wonderful guide, and so is the bus driver, who has a good sense of humour. Both of Christos and the bus driver make you feel at home ..

Yes this is capital of Europe [union]. A nice beautiful, full of palaces city. We took http://www.newbrusselstours.com/ walking tour with their guide. It is wonderful and within a few hours you can browse several attractions. Though few still be there need to go by yourself. Better to start at early morning and after completing that walking tour take lunch break.... More

The bus tours are a good way to orient yourself to the city. There are two different tours and both are informative. A good way to see the city and decide where you would like to spend additional time. The hop-on-off was ok and efficient transportation. Overall a good orientation.

Really not great. The headphone tour is a insult to your intelligence. Its narrated by a conceded, useless monotone woman. It has really no relevant information other than its fun the eat chips... really Eat chips! In a city with rich history you will not find any of it on the Hop on Hop off bus. 10 min on foot... More

Couldn't find a thread for this particular trip.. It was SUPERB. Mostly, thanks to our outstanding guide, Stephan (I hope I spelled the name right). I was picked up at the hotel, and, after picking up a handful of fellow travellers, off we went. Our guide spoke more languages than anybody I know. But it's his contageous enthusiasm for Belgium... Not cheap, but two tours and a fair number of freebies in the leaflets and so forth makes it a way worthwhile to see around the city, the European area and the Atomium, especially for first-time visitors. It gives you an idea of places to explore later. We did it on impulse and really enjoyed the experience. The plug-in commentary... More
