Great fun tour, booked via Viator. Marc was a great guide. The group was fun and it was interesting to hear about the different beers. It lasts 4 hours and you drink 8 beers as you go along, very relaxed and a must-do in Brussels

We had a great time... However I am not sure how much of that was related to the beer we drank versus the actual tour. Looking back now I did learn a good amount about beer and the process of making it, but it also ruined my taste for cheap beer (there is no going back now!). My favorite part...

A very nice tour where we tasted both very nice and some not that nice beer. A greate guide, Caesar, gave us a good tour of the beer industry of Belgum with humour and greate insight. A tour I can recommand.
We were on this tour on Saturday 20th April and would definitely recommend. We were the stag do (group of 14) referenced below and we all enjoyed the tour.
This is a great way to see Brussels and learn more about Belgian beer, especially the difference between Trappist beers and Belgian Abbey beers.
Cesar is very knowledgeable, very engaging and...

Great bars, great beer, great time and learned a lot. Great value and great fun. We would even do it again next time we are there. The next day we went to the same bars again. Caesar is a great guy who knows a lot and made us all laugh. Have a lunch before and enjoy yourself s :-)
I went to Brussels for the beer (imagine that!). As an American home brewer, my girlfriend arranged this trip in order to start off our trip right. On our first day of arrival, we went on this 3 hour tour. We instantly learned that the tour guide hated the French, and proceeded to badger the 2 French people on our...

I see two possibilities here:
1 - this gentleman was under the influence of bad French or Chinese beer when he wrote this review,
or
2 - This review was written by one of our competitors trying to bring our ranking down on TripAdvisor.
You be the judge.

My husband and I took Cesar's beer tour in March 2013, and we had such an amazing time! I did not know much about craft beers or the brewing process before this tour. Cesar presented his knowledge of such facts in an interesting and entertaining manner. We first stopped at a little bar that is a few steps away from...

The tour started with a visit to one of the oldest pubs in Brussels. There we tasted Rochefort 8 which is a traditional Trappist beers. I later returned to the same pub to taste the world's best beer "Westvleteren 12", and what a beer! Then we went to a brewery, and finally to a pub where I tasted beer with...

I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to gain knowledge in craft beer and its history, however, if you're an American, (We were not, however the 3 others were.), I would have taken offense to some of the comments that Cesar made. Guided tours are not the place for political and corporate pointed opinions.
Well, this tours actually welcomes your political, religion or corporate views. We talk about beer and its geopolitical influence. We also talk about religion since some of the best beers in the world are made by monks. And we do talk a lot about the corporate world since it provides us with horrible processed food that has no soul or...
