I tried a lot of hot chocolate during my time in Belgium and Pierre Marcolini was the best by far. If you're like me and enjoy a thick hot chocolate that's not too sweet you should try Pierre Marcolini's. Its made with 70% dark chocolate and best served hot/warm so that it thickens up a bit, its really smooth like... More

The Sablon area is the place to be for some upper class shopping and Pierre Marcolini the chocolatier you are looking for. Nice and small chocolate bombs of flavour.

There are so many chocolate shops in Belgium. Honestly, it must be so hard to be a chocolate maker in this country. However, there are a few who appear to have risen to the top of the chocolate making chain, and one of those is Pierre Marcolini. I read a few rumours before I visited the store, one was that... Ordered their Chocolat Noir sans Sucre from Venezuela. It was a piece of art. Couldn't have asked for a better one. Finished the whole chocolate bar in seconds.

Visited the store today at Sablon and must say it is a great experience. As you step in to the store you are made to feel special.. The displays are attractive, chocolates out of the world and the service exquisite. Tried the quattro spice and trust me it is a must have.. Couldn't resist picking a pack of these delicious... After many wonderful shops in Paris and Brussels, finally decided to purchase macarons to take home in this shop on our last night in Europe. The girl was very patient and helpful in making our choices. Have been enjoying them at home, and they are delicious-light, yet a dense creamy center. Wish we had bought more of everything !

Unbeatable quality and flavour. Just delicious. Expensive as its quality. So many options, including financiers, which I just loved (even more than the chocolates, lol). Worth every euro spent, the best!

If you are a chocolate lover, look no further! The variety of chocolates here was incredible and the flavors so deep and sophisticated. It's not your childhood chocolate shop, but a real adventure in gourmet chocolates. Most of our party found the chocolates to be too spicy but I loved every bite!
