Great macaroons! Savory eclaires! Luxurious sweets! The merrengue was ideal with a perfect consistency and the cream was smooth from the butter! ;).

This was a great stop amongst many other chocolate shops surrounding it. There was many flavours a macaroons to choose from and they were a regular price. The man who helped me was very nice and welcoming.

We were walking through the Les Galleries Royales St. Hubert and the window display stopped us dead in our tracks!! We were greeted with kindness and elected to try a couple of chocolates. I would agree with other posts that they are expensive, but the quality is undeniable. The salted caramel made our tongues do the happy dance! If you... More

I have had French patisserie many times thanks to trips to France and have always loved the products. I was particularly excited about trying the products at Marcolini because I had heard so much about him. Well, the place itself looks like a dental clinic, really cold, even rather intimidating. While I could appreciate the skill involved and the presentation... More

Incredible chocolates and friendly service. To help you in your choise they will let you sample their chocolate (not all places do). One of the best "Maitre Chocolatier" 3 in Brussels.

Pierre Marcolini is considered as premier brand and produce haute chocolate. We found them at the St Hubert mall. The PM outlet is very chic and clean look. Everything here looks like they have been carefully planned and displayed. The price is a bit steep but do note that these are not your average chocolate. I have bought a box... More

Being in Belgium, you can't settle for a "candy bar". Fine chocolates are everywhere, and this is a bit on the "high end". While fantastic, the fee reflects the level of expertise. Glad I tried it, but a bit pricey for "everyday consumption"

So, yes, it's worth visiting P.M. and try a few different chocolate "ideas". At their Place du Grand Sablon shop visit the 1st floor as there you can see and try more options. Tasted a few and my suggest is this: make no mistake, get the Earl Grey chocolates - it's really exquisite! :)

After visiting Paris and trying their macaroons, I wanted to compare it withthe ones at Pierre MArcolini. The macaroon was good, but nuthing special in my opinion. The staff seemed very friendly though.Perhaps I should have tried the chocolate :).
