Like other reviewers we had used these tours before and had good experiences, just goes to show that the formula doesn't always work. The buses are too infrequent, the narration is poor, lacks detail and when it does tell you about things it's not useful. There is an overuse of music whilst the bus is in motion. Even with the... I recently took a City Sightseeing tour in Brussels, as a staff member of City Sightseeing Dublin I had some vouchers for the tour. When I presented the City Sightseeing worldwide voucher, the driver refused to except it, he then told me to ask the drive behind and he would wait but he drove off. Apart from that, the tour... We usually like to take hop on hop off tours and in most occasions we have liked those, but this one was a bit of a disappointment. Routes were long but somewhat indifferent, there really was not much to see. Narration was not that good at all and on most times it was not on time, and the price was... More

Very convenient way to see the city especially with children. The drivers were very friendly and professional. Very informative.

I enjoyed riding the two bus lines around during high season to get an overview of the city. I didn't hop on and hop off though, which is where the benefit may diminish. I sent my parents on this during low season and they tried to hop on and off, but the hours were shortened and not many busses were... More

Having done city tours in many places they are usually a reliable way to get an overview of the place. Coupled normally with a relaxed commentary on the surroundings and a bit of culture. The Brussels bus had about 17 stops but there just isn't anything at half of them. The rest seemed to be shut.. On our route you... More

We enjoyed this tour and it was very informational, we dint think there was too many stops to get off and walk around on the blue route, there was a lot of space in between stops near the top of the route. But overall a nice tour and hits all the major spots.

We joined the bus near the Palais de Justice. You can pay in advance online (slightly cheaper) or as you board (more flexible). There are two tours crossing at Centraal station. Both are interesting with earphones and commentary. The drivers were very helpful and the service allows you to see the maximum possible in the shortest time. The frequency is 15... More

My partner and I had prebooked our tickets costing almost €50 for two adults. We were quite happy to pay this as we have went on numerous city tours throughout the world and think they are a great way to get your bearings in a new city. Unfortunately this cannot be said for Brussels! A complete waste of money. I... More

We purchased two tickets for $23 euro each . What a waste of money . To begin with our headphones were too short and when I asked for new ,longer ones the bus driver was more interested in snaring potential customers than finding suitable ,functioning ones. Once the tour started we quickly realized that the commentary was not in sync... More
