Finally, a nice chocolate shop in "Toison d'Or" (Ixelles). I'm not an expert so I was glad to receive advices from a nice shopkeeper (called Marie, true story). I bought their well-known truffles and I wasn't disappointed. A must go!

Be prepared to pay a higher price for this chocolate because they are quick to tell you that their chocolate has been served to the royal family for 4 generations. I bought chocolates from L'Alchimie du Chocolat in La Hulpe Belgium instead.

I ended up buying 20 holiday boxes full of Mary's delicious confections to give as gifts back in the States. The Chocolate is by far the best! Indulge yourself at the store just as I did!

Go and buy an assortment box. You will not be disappointed. There are also other stores located closer to the grand palace with one in the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubeet.

Picked up some truffles here one afternoon. Very pricey but also very tasty. Would recommend their Christmas special truffle.

We wandered in here as I'd heard it had a great selection. It did not disappoint. You can select individual chocolates or pre packaged. The boxes are also beautiful. The staff can be mixed. The first time we went in we were served by a lovely woman who was really lovely and chatty. Next time we were served by a... More

the chocolate is very yummy! And the location is quite near the city center, as a result, it'll be very accessible for travelers. The price, however, is a little bit high. But concerning the good quality of the product, it deserves the price.

One of the best chocolate I have ever eaten! The almond candy tastes very nice. And the chocolate looks very nice and is wrapped very carefully in nice boxes. Not only tastes good, but also good looking. Good chocolate!

I visited all the chocolate shops I could find in the Grand-Place / city center area of Brussels. I checked chocolate pricing and did sample tastings. I am quite familiar with Belgian chocolate "name brands," which were featured in many touristy shops. When I came upon Mary Chocolatier, I knew I had found the unique gem I hoped to find... More
