Antwerp's port is very large and would be suited to a dry day, (it was raining when we visited). There were still a large selection of boats of all sizes to look at, including a lightship, large sea going sailing ships, and private boats of all sizes. The architecture of the building in the vicinity were interesting too, with the... More

The port of Antwerp is one of the biggest ports of Europe. At the background you can see the historical Antwerp sky line, really great to see.

This place is so huge and so many ships we can see. So much cold breeze blows from the waterfront and we saw one old ship converted into a pub also. It was beautifully lighted as we had visited at night time. There is also a museum if you visit by the day. The statue of a giant called Antigoon... More

Weird place. Not obvious for me why people consider this being the sights and why they visit this place.

Great city. The hot spot of Europe for fashion food and dinning and art. Every alley you turned down there were amazing restaurants. There is a theatre for performing arts. Great shopping for the newest and hottest fashion. The Great Cathedral had an amazing Rubens exhibit and a special music in the round exhibit. This is not my first visit... More

Stop by the MAS museum first because outside the Port people put on a diorama exhibit and short talk about the Port including a map and other handouts. Port is fascinating and highlights the importance to Europe

Fabulous afternoon on board one of the boats taking us along the second largest industrial ports in the world, China being the first. Very good value for money, refreshments can be obtained downstairs. We enjoyed the trip very much.
