Spent a good 10/15 minutes in here taking photos upon arriving one morning. There is a Starbucks and a few other nice food sort of shops, and as always in Belgium the people working there are exceptionally helpful and nice.

Stepping up into the station entrance hall from the gloomy underground entrance of the Astrid subway tram stop, we uttered a simultaneous "Wow!" People rave about London's St. Pancras, but even that has nothing on this architecture. Great marble staircases and an opulent entrance hall provide a vast open space which lead to the platforms on different levels. A reminder... More

Arriving at Antwerp central station by train for the first time, we were in for a surprise. This is not typical station - the trains are situated on multiple levels, and the station's interior and exterior are more befitting of a museum. A pleasure to the eye and a most pleasant surprise!

This station is amazing, its beautiful full of amenities and in a great location in the city. This is one of my favourite parts of Antwerp and fortunately its difficult to go there without seeing it. When you leave the station turn around and take a minute to appreciate the building.

A beautifully restored historic building, you must go inside and from the top balcony you can see trains on 4 levels. Amazing

Like most European cities, Antwerp has its own grand central station. The architecture is very impressive. We stayed near by and welcomed the chance to have a look around as there was nothing else of interest close to our hotel given the old town is a 10 min walk away. At night it is lit up nicely and the area... More
