cathedral or railway station? Old part is impressive. New part of the station is well implemented. An architectural "must see"

Dubbed as Europe's most romantic and the world's most beautiful rail station, this is certainly a must-see in the city of Antwerp! A so-called 'railway cathedral', it is really a breathtaking masterpiece that if I were to tour someone new to the city, this Antwerpen-Centraal will be our first stop! (It's a lovely welcome, if I say so!) Stunningly beautiful... More

one of the most beautifl stations in the world and worth visiting while in Antwerp. It has been renewed but still the historical part is still there.

I recently traveled from Bruges to Antwerp via train. I honestly did very little research about the city so when I got off the train and found myself inside this absolutely incredible station I was in awe! Gorgeous, inspiring, simply stunning inside and out and a must see. Fabulous welcome to Antwerp!

The most recognized symbol of the city, it is the most beautiful and modern train stations i have ever seen in Europe. Plenty of facilities and trains arrive and leave on time.

It's like you travel back in time, and you experience the luxury services offered to the kings and queens. Extraordinary architecture.

Arriving by train is always a treat as you get to see one of the most impressive landmarks of Antwerp. Thank god it has been cleaned up and is now shining and sparkling.

I am, sadly, someone who likes railway stations, and Antwerp Centraal Station is in architectural terms, a wonder. Even if not using a train it is worth a visit, but; and this a significant proviso; platforms are on so many levels that for a stranger reaching the correct one can be a struggle. On arrival from the airport with luggage... More

One of the most beautiful train stations in Europe. I think it is worth visiting even if a train is not taken. It's amazing the work they have done and still spectacular for centuries.

I like everything about it. Close to stores for those late gifts you need. There is alot of stairs but no problem
