We caught the tram from the Hague and were told by the driver to buy a day pass for 6.50 euros to get us around the entire Hague. The beach front is absolutely brilliant full of tasteful cafes and resteraunts, the beach is a proper beach with a vast expanse of yellow sand ideal for sand castles. There was also... More

Pier is closed. But beach is huge and long, very pleasent for long walking. When I was a few years ago, promenade has been a beautiful. What a pity!

I spent some days in summer and I enjoyed this beach for a great walk. It's a place to find your peace and have some great sun. During the season it's not exactly my type of vacation city but when the people are gone , at the end of the summer I always like to spent some time on that... More

Unfortunatly the Pier is closed forever! It is so bad and sad because it was the eyecatcher on the Schevenngs beachpromenade. It was also a nice place to stay and to shop or just relax. But it's not possible anymore.. :(

I was not expecting to find a long beautiful beach in the Netherlands. It has a cute pier with wonderful views. It has lots to do, and many places to eat. I visited this place during late fall and it was still nice and charming so I can only imagine how nice it must be during the summer.

Due to maintenance problems this pier is closed. It was terrible anyway. The boulevard along the beach has improved though as it has been restyled by De Sola Morales. I personally don't like the beach side snack bars. Better walk South towards the harbor for your lunch or diner.

I was here in August, and the a Black Sea was dilly! But this was a lovely walk and a perfect place to sit down on the promenade for a drink, coffee, or light bites. I loved it, terrific beach views and café after café for your sitting pleasure. All cutely decorated with sting lights and outdoor patios. It strangely... More

Had about 30 minutes here whilst on a coach trip. Public toilets that we had to pay for were very clean. Beach front itself was lovely. Very quaint and reminded us of a British seaside town before everywhere closed down! Lovely sitting on the promenade eating an ice cream in April!
