Whenever we are in Amsterdam the kids rush to the Pannekoekenhuis (pancake house) off Dam Square for a taste of the delicious and famously large Dutch , in what is a very homey and cozy little place. The Pancake Boat, put that experience on steroids with all-you-can-eat pancakes and myriad toppings, and generally an ongoing party atmosphere as the city... More

My boyfriend and I used our gold Holland Pass here and did NOT regret it at all. It is recommended that you make a reservation before going in case it is full. The staffs were really friendly and would come by to ask if everything was OK with us. We may not have the best pancake in town but for... More

We took this boat in Amsterdam . My girl was nearly 11, so she did not enjoy so much. This is a super activity for family's with children under 9 years. Pancakes with everything you want to put on. A little it noisy, but the kids had fun. It is a good tips to do the reservation on internet. It... More

Me and my girlfriend had the holland pass and as part of this we could use it in the pancake boat. The day before we went to go and pre book tickets so got a 10 minute ferry over however this was a total waste of time as there was no booking office. So the day of our Intended travel... More

We took the two and a half hour trip, thinking we'd be able to eat a good number of pancakes, but they took the pancakes away after just over an hour - in that time I only got to eat two! (Admittedly there was ice cream afterwards but I wanted pancakes so didn't bother with that.) We both had food... More

They didn't do their tour in English but they did speak English to us when we ordered. Food was good, great selection of sweet and savoury toppings. plain/apple/bacon pancakes to choose from. Go when you are hungry!

We got the standard 1 hour tour with unlimited pancakes after combining this with 2 rounds of laser-gaming a little bit further down 'the road'. You really need to expect a short round on the river along the Rotterdam center on a busy boat and with only a short time to stuff your face with pancakes. You might be able... More

We have experienced a 2.5 hours cruise with our little girl of 2.5 years, on Monday Easter. It was perfect as it was cold and rainy outside. But the atmosphere was so warm inside the boat ! You can eat delicious pancakes "as much as you like", and put various toppings on them which goes from meatballs to cooked vegetables... More

We made reservations - our name was not on the list and we were asked to move a side. no apologies. when entered - they don't accept credit cards...no sign of that at the entry to the boat nor on their website - i was asked to leave a child as "ransom" till i get the cash at the end... More

I love pancakes. I love boats. I love exploring. What could be better than a tour of the Rotterdam harbour on a boat with all you can eat Dutch pancakes. And it's not bad. It's an hour and a half return trip into out of the harbour. It doesn't get you anywhere near Rotterdam's main harbour though, which is much... More
