I advise anyone who wants to look into this zoo to come about for 3 days if you want to get to see everything there is on it because it really is huge. They have a wide variety of all kinds of animals and you may also get to hold a hawk when that section is open (i didnt go... More

They have done a great job in planning this zoo. There is a large variety of animals and the layout of the zoo is fantastic. I do think that it is a bit pricey. So be sure to check out the website before you go. More

We went there on Boxing Day --just like about half of the Dutch ppopulation, or so it seemed! -- There's lots to see, everything you can expect from a zoo. The entrance fee is a bit steep (20 euro IIRC). More

This is a very nice zoo, nice for a stroll, and a wide collection, one of the best in Holland, and close to the main cities. We return here often mainly because of the excellent aquarium! More

We took the train from Amsterdam. It was about an hour ride. Although I think you could walk we opted to take a cab and arranged a time for him to pick us back up. 20 Euros round trip. We went in March so some animals weren't out yet which was a little disappointing. We saw the entire zoo in... More

The zoo takes you through the continents of the world and shows you their animals. Need minimum 4 hours or all day with kids. 21 euros entry for adults, not sure for kids. It's huge, pick a day with decent weather, lots of walking! Train for 1 euro if tired. Eating places average, burgers, sandwiches etc and quite expensive, might... More

21 Euro and 8 Euro for parking. Food and Drink at the Zoo was also great value. Amazing value when you consider how many animals we got to see. The majority are kept in very large areas and they all looked very happy. More

There were a few renovations when we went to the Zoo so we couldn't go on the jungle walk. Still well worth the trip out and we had a wonderful afternoon! More

Convenient parking close to entrance. Surprising architecture, modern facilities for animals, less modern for visitors. More
