I enjoyed visiting this part of Rotterdam, it was impressive to be at the church where the first US settlers left from. Very photogenic, I thoroughly recomend a short walk around there, especially that there is also a windmill! More

If you visit Rotterdam, see if you have the opportunity to visit the historical part of Delfshaven along the 15th century harbour. Not only for the 'jenever' (gin) but also for the atmosphere. More

This is what Rotterdam looked like before WWII. Very nice for a walk and a coffee afterwards. Good restaurants too. More

A historical place (the Pilgrim Fathers started from here). Vibrant night life, a great microbrewery, and loads of atmosphere. If you're looking for Amsterdam in Rotterdam, but with less tourists and more international flavor, this is the place to go. More

Here you find the historic centre of Rotterdam. The famous Pilgrimsfathers Church is worthwhile to visit. Look at the beautiful old houses and enjoy the special sphere.   More
