In terms of scale this certainly is not the largest model railway in the world but it's definitely worth a visit, especially if you have kids. To walk the entire exhibition and take in all the details is an easy hour. The models are clean and well presented and the trains are all running from a computerised control center that... More

A huge layout which has an enormous trainset at its heart and then countryside and city built around it. Amazing detail. My favourites were the pop concerts with working miniature large screens either side of the stages, and the building on fire with very realistic water being sprayed on it. As other reviewers have said, you can glance at it... More

The best thing about this exhibit are the small, kooky scenes that you will find if you look closely (accidents, cow on surfboard, Teletubbies, etc.). Made me want to go back again to see what I may have missed. Really fun.

I'm going to say that, as Miniature exhibitions go, this is one of the best. So, I'm giving it 4 stars. My kids (especially my son!) adored it and we spent about 2 hours there. But, I'll also say, it's not for everyone. it would be quite possible to walk around the whole thing in less than 20 minutes if... More

We were at MiniWorld without good expectations. We were thinking it was some kind of simple exhibition of miniaturized attractions from around the world. But when we saw the exhibition we were happy to be there. There are a huge big city similar to Rotterdam all miniaturized. While you are visiting the place the days and nights keep changing. Worth... Visited the mini city with a friend. It's a fantastic idea to have major places around the Netherlands in miniature sizes. I'd love to bring my kids here some day.

You forgot the time when you are here. Lots of sights to see. You will truly enjoy the place by its technique that is used in it. Lighting effect can mesmerized you. Vehicles ins and outs, like trains and cars moving around. Cool!!! Love it too.

Our under 10-year-old kids liked this a lot! Minitrains are the most fun, along with the on/off lights in the attraction. However, the place is limited in size.

Nice with kids, it seems a little expensive for entry, but then you will spend much longer than you think looking at the massive scene - discovering the details and watching the trains (and cars) travelling around. Only down-side is the café which is really poor (suggest you go outside to lots of choices in Rotterdam)

As a model railroad hobbiest looked forward to seeing this . Lots of trains and lots of scenery. But to be honest a little disappointed. Felt like we were in somebodies basement. We put a day aside for this and afterwards didn't think it was worth it. It's OK but not WOW !! Glad we received discount tickets at the... More
