Went with mum. Beautiful views over 75 mins. Tip: get there early as the que, even off season, is large. You also want to ensure a window seat although still enjoyable if you didn't. Clean boat with comfortable seating. We sat inside but you could sit outside. Friendly and efficient staff. Good narrative of what would were seeing over speakers... More

You can relax and take a look at the remarks of Rotterdam while learning some of its history. The ships are large and have plenty of room to sit and walk around. The toilets are clean and nice, the cafe/bar has a decent selection and the staff is friendly and helpful.

If it is first time and you like to see (any) harbour at once, it is ok. Feels quite good when it starts, nice wind on your face, great bridge view etc. It only gets less and less as time passes by. By the time you reach the nearest point to the open ocean, half way of the tour, you... More

Rotterdam is a harbour city and it is nowhere felt more than on the water. The vistas of the harbour and the sheer size of the cranes make bwautiful picture material. The swan bridge is best seen from below. So looking for a funanctivity? Go do this

The basic tour departs every 45 minutes during Summer and is very well supported by the native & casual visitors. I recommend the Extended Harbour Tour; it lasts 2.5 hours and takes you to the Botlek and the Waalhaven, full of the largest ships you will see in Central Rotterdam. This tour is a Must for Ship Lovers.

A large port, take the full tour that lasts close to 2 hrs. gets close to several large ships and port equipment. Lovely view of the surrounds on a bright day. Food available on board. Commentary in few languages. Visited 2010

Loved this trip. Easy to locate the boat and they go frequently. Reasonably priced too. Very good commentary in dutch, french, english and german, it shows you the sights with interesting facts. It lasted about 75 minutes. We have older children and they loved it but the younger children (about 7 and younger) that were on board became restless after... More

Nice way to see the harbour. If you sit inside, make sure you sit directly under a speaker, otherwise the commentary is difficult to hear and understand. Get there early otherwise you will have to queue up as the 75 minute trip cannot be pre-booked. We did a combo-ticket with Euromast - great value for money.

Did the 75 minute trip this morning. The boat is impressive and the refreshments are of a high standard but the bottom line is it's just not a very interesting trip. Having arrived at the Hoek of Holland by ferry several times over the years, this excursion really adds nothing to that experience. I'm sure the commentary was informative but... More
