Seriously good beer bar

Cosy beer bar just off the tourist track. Welcoming staff who are happy to recommend great Dutch beer.

As a craft-beer lover I can only express my true satisfaction with this gorgeous place. The most striking feature is friendliness of the host, who welcomes guest and assists with a perfect knowledge of served beers, their styles and taste. The place is very intimate, and offers around 10 taps with Dutch craft beers (like de Molen, 't IJ, Emelisse)... More

A huge selection of Dutch special beers. A lot of names I have never seen before, even though I come from a beer loving family. Nice waitress with a lot of knowledge on beers. For every beer she had a special glass.

Loads of different beers and whisky available. The couple manning the place always make us feel welcome, explain all the different tastes of the beers, sometimes let us try different ones. They have a complimentary menu with tasty snacks and can give suggestions what goes best with the beer which we appreciated. It seems to be popular with the locals.... More

A great locals bar with a very diverse beer range. Sometimes the prices are a little high but hey ho...the bar lady is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Quite a small place but well worth a visit.
