This small museum is in the centre of Lisse. It tells you about the history of the Dutch bulb. The cultivating, multiplying and exporting the bulb in the past. A film shows you the coming of tulp in Europe, and in the Netherland in the 17th century. You can find old instruments they used in the past, pictures and also... More

nothing interesting to see, unless you're a specialist otherwise the place is very boring. Better to spend time elsewhere (Keukenhof).

Some DVD presentations in multi language, others only in Dutch which is not helpful to non dutch speakers. well laid out and informative.

This is just a museum, that you would easy skip because it is small. But go and see and you will notice that it is very nice and interesting. The volenteers give you information about the Lisse area. And information about flowers in general but especially the tulp in de Bollenstreek. The people here know a lot and it is... More

This small but interesting museum is situated in the center of Lisse. It shows how tulips get planted and how new sorts created. You can see old tools for the treatment of the tulip fields.
