This cathedral is really impressive, keeping in mind that it so old. The organ is beautiful and sounds impressive. The atmosphere is pure and make you think of forever gods and transient humans. This objective is a "have to visit" if you go to Haarlem.

The cathedral is really magnificent. The big organ is very impressive, The wooden ceiling is a pleasure to behold. This church comes with a bit of science. Foucaults pendulum is set up here. And on some saturdays it is used. The saturdays in december will all have the pendulum aswinging

We arrived and the church had just closed for tours, but they invited us back for a free organ concert that night. This organ had been played on by Mozart and Handel. Beautiful! Inspiring!

This church sits on the main square and has one of the largest organs in the world which 10-year old Mozart played on. The pamphlet (available in a variety of languages) is extremely helpful for a self-guided tour. This church is well worth seeing on your visit to Haarlem.

Nice church to walk around in. If the organ is in use it is totally worth stopping for a listen. I would highly recommend reading Rick Steves book about the various aspects of the church. Without the Rick Steves book, I would only give this church 4 stars.

We went inside this old church and were amazed by the history, the details, the crypts in the floors. Absolutely worth seeing!

The nice mixture of architectural styles with especially accents from Islamic art make this church well worth the walk. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. The outside is also quite stunning.

Visited as part of a general trip. Interesting but not stunning like some cathedrals. But so very cold after the warmth outside!
