Really good value at 15 a ticket, which includes a cocktail and 2 shots of liquor or Genever (go for the liquor unless you have a throat made of leather, Genever burns!)

Went in by chance as the queues for the main museums were too long. What luck! The tour is self-guided and you can experience the flavours and scents without being rushed. The history absorbed along the way is also very interesting. The entry fee seems high but considering you get a cocktail of your choice and two Liquers to sample,... More

I went with my girlfriend and she loved it! And I have to admit I found it a nice bit of fun with her! The cocktails were amazing! And the bar tender was really friendly and had a cool moustache! They had a cool try it yourself bartender room as well which was very enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

If you want to learn more about how Bols drinks are created, this is the place to go. Each ticket will cost you 15 € which entitles you a tour of the house along with two cocktails of your own choice. It starts with the history of Bols and then continues to an explanation of the different flavors; you can... More

We visited after a trip to the Van Gogh museum, providing an interesting contrast to the morning's activity. The trip costs 15 euros each, including a self-guided tour around a small museum detailing Bols' history, followed by a cocktail and 2 taster shots in the bar. The museum tour could have been slightly longer, and some of the smells in... More

If you like cocktails or fancy you have a nose for "name that scent" - you will enjoy the challenge and the experience. The cocktail makers are fun to watch! Great value. Kick off your casual evening out here!

Went with friends. None of us liked beer so decided to try here instead. For our money we got 2 free cocktails and 2 shots which was good value. It was quite an interesting experience learning about all the tastes and smells but nothing too special.

My friend read reviews on this place before we left for Amsterdam and it was one of the places he wanted to visit while in the city. So glad! I don't think it is something I would have gone out of my way to do, but what a brilliant couple of hours! A bit of light hearted fun, a bit... More

After a whole morning in the Rijksmuseum, and the early afternoon in the Van Gogh museum, I was thoroughly cultured out and I needed a drink. And happily just across the road from where I had been looking at more sunflowers that you could shake a stick at I saw the House of Bols. It bills itself as a spectacular... More

Impressive, well organised, and knowledgeable and attentive staff. All information are concise and easy to understand. The cocktail was great. Each ticket ?14.50 (weekend) entitles you to one cocktail and two shots. I couldn't help but bought a few more cocktail for ?5 each. And bought a few bottles of Bols back to my country from the boutique
