Visited this place twice over the last three days, most recent being this morning. On the first day a group of 7 entered for breakfast. I asked on mine for both black puddings to be taken off and the mushrooms and maybe replace this by chucking me an extra slice of bacon to which the waiter replied abruptly, No. She... More

I have never seen such rude service. After waiting for about 25 minutes, a disheveled waiter who looks like an American biker came out and stated "guys, relax, you are on vacation, no need to rush". When someone asked what is the specialty on the menu, answer was "guys, I am not a walking menu, read the menu, tell me... More

a cool pub with great menu as well as for eating and an even greater terrace than its hrc neighbour... no way you can miss the sun on such an open place... and close to the canal of course for maximum freshness... plus Morgane's smile :-)

Just been here watching the Holland and Austrailia World Cup football match. Sitting outside watching on the large screen. Drinks are way more expensive than anywhere else around. We'd had hot snacks and three rounds of beers. on the last round we ordered, paid up front and 20 mins later had to ask three times for our beers. Crazy system... More

First time for me: having to bring drinks outside on tray myself because "it's raining and we (the staff, in words of manager) are not farm animals". Yet owner has invested in a huge heated outdoor umbrella directly opposite casino. Perhaps this explains the sullen, graceless service. Meals ordered and prepaid inside were brought to us outside by the lone... More

I was disappointed with the service my friends and I received in this pub. The waitress seemed annoyed we weren't ordering too many beers and she would come to our table every 10 minutes to ask if we would like to order anything else. In the end I went to pay with credit card but wanted to split the bill.... More

This was the bar that me and my friends visited on our first morning in Amsterdam. The location is great, that's the only thing that's great. There were two people that spring to mind regarding this places faults. The girl with the red hair and the lad with the large ears. They were both equally as rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.... We had been to this pub before, only for a couple of drinks, so this time we decided to eat here instead of the Hard Rock Cafe for a change. It was extremely busy as it was a glorious day and everyone was outside. We didn't have to wait too long for a table, only a few minutes. We only... More

Store in a superb location, the food we tasted since we were just a drink that is definitely too expensive. I like the atmosphere and nice ambient but the staff is cold and one part and unkind. They have a good atmosphere and great location.
