Dutch beer doesn't have to be mass produced fizz and this place is its flagship. The staff are very helpful with suggestions. They don't do much food except for little snacks.

My friends and i came here while visiting the canal ring. We had a lot of fun. There is a big selection of beers and the waitress was a great help in choosing the right beer. The music is great, mainly calassic rock hits. We ate cheese which was good to.

Place wasn't busy, staff were more interested in talking to locals and each other rather than pulling beers. avoid.

Arendsnest is a very classic beer room that also serves wine, scotch, and snacks. They have around 15 beers on tap and many more by the bottle. The upstairs is noisy and fun and the downstairs in the back can be a bit quiet. You can try anything from a real Belgian Trippel to a locally brewed west coast style... More

I was fortunate enough to find this little bar in the city. It has an excellent selection of various Dutch hand-crafted beer. Probably one of the best in the city. Very friendly staff. A must stop.

There are at least 30 reasons to go to this place and if you don't limit yourself to drafts their are plenty more. Basically this place is all about good quality beers. It has a relaxed feeling to it and is a perfect place to begin your evening.

The ground floor is rather small and crowded but that's where the beer is. There's more room downstairs but you need to go upstairs to order. Selection is very good. You won't be disappointed.
