If you are wondering who Rembrandt is and what he did, this is the place to be. His works are displayed here but none of the pieces are original. This place is more of educational and not for those who wanted to see the real thing. The exhibits are ok if you are an amateurish person who just wants to... More

I have reviewed this under the heading of Magna Plaza, which is where the exhibition is held. Well worth seeing.

The exhibition has the title Re:mbrandt All His Paintings - why the colon in the middle of his name? And there isn't a single painting on show so the title is misleading. Tripadvisor is also a bit misleading because (the last time I looked) it shows a photo of people dining in the exhibition when there are no catering facilities,... More

We searched up and down and all i could find was my belly button. This place is too hard to find so you might as well give up and go get drunk.

I don't understand this place. In a city that has some of rembrandt's most famous masterpieces, etchings and his former house why do an exhibition of prints. You don't get to see the detail that he is famous for.

Don't travel all the way to Amsterdam to be taken in by this schlocky tourist trap. All it is are photographic reproductions of Rembrandt's paintings grouped by color. You could do much better with a good art book, and learn more. Better yet...if you are in Amsterdam, why don't you visit some of the excellent local museums instead of wasting... More

Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
