I visited with a friend back in 2010, the stadium itself was ok but the highlight without doubt was the museum. The tour took you round the usual, pitch side, press areas etc, we went to the dressing rooms but you could only stand at the door, they wouldn't let you in, which I had never come across in other... I haven't done a tour of the stadium, but I have been here many times to watch football matches and it is a very nice stadium. Transport to the ground is good, it has a good atmosphere and typical dutch stadium food.

I made the tour in May and it was really great. We accessed the field, went to the press room, and so many other places. It is very recommended the tour and the guide is really prepared providing lot of details of the stadium history. Great place!

The tour was rushed and shortened due to a 8 minute video. You can't go into the changing rooms, the executive areas, go pitchside or even see the pitch as it was covered due to concerts. The floor was dirty and they still charge full price, very poor! There is no museum, despite the incredible history of this club and... More

I'm a big footy fan so when me and friends visited amsterdam they knew they were getting dragged to the Arena... & to be honest we probably could have done with skipping it!!.. Don't get me wrong, I love looking at stadiums & hearing about it's history & facts & this was no different, but I've been to stadium tours... More

In late 90's this arena was probably one of the best football stadiums. It included all modern features at that time. Despite the fact other beautiful arenas were built after that time, the Ajax arena is still one of the most popular place and symbolic for both Amsterdam and Netherlands.

Too many on the tour, couldn't hear the guide. Place was filthy following a concert, sticky floors etc. surely the areas of the tour could have been cleaned???? The tour guide was lacking something and it was very dis jointed. Didn't even get to see any trophies! Not worth the money.

Saw Ajax's last game of the 2013-2014 football season at ArenA. Overall, it is a good place to see a match. Most seats have good sight lines, ingress and egress is well-designed, and facilities (concessions, toilets, etc) were almost able to handle the halftime surge. The fans were engaged even though the game meant little to the team as they'd... More

THE Ajax experience is a tour threw THE arena stadium. A tour that shows you all history and The prises from Ajax ( world, european championships and so many netherlands soccers championships) a real must for a soccers fan. And around iT you vind even a bigger shopping center outside , easy reached by Amsterdam metro stop at station arena/Bijlmer.

Allthough we were in the top off the stadium we could clearly see what was going on, on the field. If you are afraid of hights you could face some problems.
