Save your money, unless wandering around a souless concrete shell looking at posters of past players is your thing. We got trackside and that was ok, ooh look, seats, lots of seats! Though I could have done without the video, brief history of Ajax and corporate speil on the incredible Arena. Royalty comes her and Dire Straits have played here,... More

We have visited Amsterdam arena and we saw a film regarding the club and a nice presentation. We would also like to see the grass, but it was a show on that night..and it was quite dissapointing to visit a stadion without to see the grass.

I'm a huge football fan, so this was always going to be a hit with me, as Ajax are one of my favourite teams to watch, but the tour was excellent, and provided a detailed history of the club and the stadium. The tour was done in both Dutch and English, and the guide was fluent in both languages, and... More

On our weekend in amsterdam i made sure that we took the time to visit the arena.I think it cost 16 euro for a tour that lasted one hour and we went to gate E to find the tour ticket office, this is a 5 minute walk from the metro/train station. The tour is nothing special but it is something iam glad... My partner and I visited last week for the arena tour (included in the price of the I Amsterdam card). The tour was very well run, and our guide was a very knowledgeable and professional young man. He clearly had a passion for his job and enjoyed sharing that knowledge with others. The arena itself if a very impressive building... More

Went for an Ajax game. Convenient transportation but out of the way. Modern stadium and watered down beer. You feel a bit removed from the field.

I would personally rate this as a poor 1, but my son persuaded me to rate it as a 2, since the tour guide (Brian?) was quite good and new his script/facts well. You have to buy your tickets at the stadium. There's no online sales. What you get for your 16 Euros (per adult) is a tour of the... More

I am a football fanatic and try to visit every stadium where I visit. Whilst enjoying Amsterdam it is worth a visit and we all enjoyed it. The best time would be a sensation party. But it's nice to make the stadium tour relaxed.

Visited the stadium last night for the Ajax vs Rapid game, what a great stadium I imagine there is no bad view from any seat, getting in was easy, signage/way finding was simple and we were happy ...... until the stadium filled up and the amount of people around us all started smoking cigs/weed/drugs! Yes it is a no smoking... More

I must say that this would be of only real interest if you are a football fanatic and ant to visit stadiums. The tour was around 18Eu and you can only pay by card, so make sure you have that with you (I had to pay for someone else as he made this mistake...he did pay me in cash, I'm... More
