Ok for the price!! More funny than sexy!!

€4 per person, so next to nothing really, kills some time on a rainy day, something to see and do!! It was more amusing than anything else though, not recommended for prudes!!

Only 4 euros entry so worth a visit, just to say you've been there- Its Amsterdam you've got visit as much as you can. I visited here with two friends so we wanted a bit of fun, which is defiantly is. However, it is very small, spread over 3 floors, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to explore. As it... More

This museum is situated within a five minute walk of Amsterdam Centraal train station. It is situated on a busy street in amongst commercial shops. The entrance fee is currently €4 per person and there is a small area currently cordoned off due to renovation. This is a small museum spread over three floors (not accessible for those with mobility... More

it looks the same as it did the first time I came to Amsterdam - on 2004! I think it's boring and even though it costs only 4Euro's, it's a waste of time and money, unless you're a child.

Obviously one of the places you feel you must see while in naughty Amsterdam. But apart from the odd giggle this place is hardly very sexy. In fact the pics and exhibits seem mainly from 70s or the Stone Age. Nobody is going to be shocked by any of it. Five minutes online can dig up something far more shocking.... More

Low cost museum with objects from older civilizations and old photos. It's close to central station, €4, so not much to loose. But hold down your expectations as it is not one of the most interesting places to be, although you will probably have some laughs.

This was just a collection of pictures, calendars and particular shaped objects with awful background noises being played. They have somehow managed to stretch it over 3 floors with only access by stairs, so not suitable for the mobility impaired. Definitely not suitable for kids and I cringed the whole way round. DON'T GO!

Staying in Centrum

Neighborhood Profile
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
