Go early to avoid it being to busy to enjoy. We left aroumd 1300 and it was ge5ting bery busy by then. We had a laugh taking each others pictures with a few well known people and I can now say I have been pictured next to my life long musical idol - David Bowie - which goes next to... More

This is mostly in everyones itinerary to visit the wax exhibits at madam tussades. I havent seen other wax exhibits to compare but this one was pretty good with all the exhibits quite good. The total visit time takes about an hour. I would recommed it. The only thing is that the tickets were a bit expensive. I woulf suggest... More

When we reached Tussad's, 45 minutes remained until closing. We were told that was insufficient to explore the museum. However, turned out it was more than what was required. Yes, you can have silly pics with the figurines, however, felt the number is too small given the reputation they carry and the entrance fee charged. That 10EU pic fees does... More

Well it was my first time to any Madame Tussauds, been meaning to go to the London one for years but as we was in Amsterdam thought my friend and I would try this time. I thought it was really good, had a good laugh taking silly pictures with the Figures. Some of the figures were really good and some... More

This is the first time I visited The Madam Tussaud and amazed to see how they crafted it. The Netherland Royal Family greeted us when we entered the room then British famous couple (Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) and Lady Diana. For sure, you can take picture with each of them if you have enough time :) If you wanna... More

Upon entering Madame Tussauds, people are 'greeted' by Barack Obama. My husband & I thought they should have had a famous Dutch person instead of Obama. Oh well... It wasn't too bad inside as we were there pretty well first thing in the morning and really didn't have too much trouble taking pictures of the wax figures. They have quite... More

Maybe a good experience for first timers, but the museum is not that great. It looks good from outside, thats it! Still if you have never seen Madame Tussauds and if you have spare time in Amsterdam than probably you might visit this.

Better change to take photos with all. The best time to go there probably would be in Autumn. I've been to the one in London, though, it's almost impossible to take photos

There are a couple of interactive activities, e.g. you can be in a film with Charlie Chaplin or dance with Michael Jackson and of course you can take pictures with all the celebs but I'd say it's not that exciting for adults.

It wasn't very interesting overcrowded and hot inside. At the entrance they take picture of you with Obama statue and at the end they trying to sell it for ?10... Why would someone pay a ?10 for a picture with statue on it?? ;)
