MT is located on the Dam square, which is a very central location. The entrance is quite expensive, and you have to wait a while to get in. I expected much more, but at the top you can get a nice view of the city. A bit overrated..but okay, i've seen MT Amsterdam.

Good fun, definitely better if you have children in your group. The wax works are not of the best likeness (squinting occasionally helps!) and a few that we didn't know who they were. Celebs had been made slimmer and slightly more attractive. It wasn't quite as good as I expected, bit of a let down.

It is worth to pay a visit to this museum BUT make sure to book your tickets from the hotel otherwise you gonna have to stand in line for at least an hour to get in.Plus avoid taking a picture on the first floor with Obama its just not worth it and you pay extra for the photo.

Madame Tussauds is always a good time, getting to take snaps with your favourite celebrities but this one was a little expensive for the length of the exhibition (took about half an hour to go through, though it cost 20 Euros to get in). The wax figures were well-made and very realistic, and there was plenty of professional photo opportunities... More

Located in the heart of Amsterdam.. there were a lot of interesting personalities.. i've seen a lot of Maddam Tussauds from different country.. every one have different personalities... some personalities was really made perfect.. Robbie Williams seems the best in this place.. but there's a lot of interesting person present here.. Worth a visit.. you can even make your own... More

I already visited the Madame Tussauds museum in London, and what a difference with the one in Amsterdam. We booked the combo with the Amsterdam Dungeon. I think we spend not even one hour in the museum, unfortunately. Kind of a rip of, because the ticket was quite expensive.

I have never been to Madame Tussaud's in London, but thought it would be worth the visit whilst staying in Amsterdam. I would advise booking online prior to visiting to avoid queuing. There are some very good wax works at the museum, which can be a bit surreal to look at.

It's about €20 to get in but I do feel it was over prised for what you get. That said, there is massive window up high looking out onto Amsterdam square the view is amazing. That's what I remember most from my visit the most. It is fun going around the the wax works but I just feel a little... More

I don't like leaving poor reviews but honestly it's not worth the money. We got the combo ticket with this and the dungeons. We stormed through the wax museum in under an hour and were left feeling a bit ripped off in all honesty. Maybe I expected too much

Brilliant, value for money and quite scary without giving to much away for the beginning part if the groups they allow in. Also show history of Netherlands which is a bit different to the other Tussauds
