The fact that we had to wait over 30 minutes in line, while annoying, was testament to how many people wanted to visit this attraction. Not only is the actual museum a fun experience, with plenty of photo experiences I might add, but its surroundings in Dam Square make it a must see. Just don't make the same mistake we... More

Awful. Literally awful. Over-priced, tacky, totally unrewarding and just one of the worst attractions I have ever had the misfortune to visit. 55 Euro for two quick-skip-the-initial-line passes, only to be met with a line at virtually every wax figure. I read someone write that this place was 'good for a couple of hours' and I found myself thinking; 'How?... More

I visited Amsterdam and the weather was appalling. We looked to visit something indoors. The queue was about 25 minutes long and the staff came out and gave everyone a rain cover free! The queue moved quickly and once inside I was very impressed. The cost was cheaper than the UK. A good combination of Dutch and International stars with... More

This place is far too small for the number of visitors it attracts. The was models were generally of a high standard but the layout is terrible and creates quite a few bottle necks. Rude Europeans pushing in to get pictures when others are waiting patiently in a queue doesn't add to the experience either. If the placed was bigger... More

The museum is very fun to visit. There were many celebs there like: Madonna, Beyonce, George Clooney, Brangelina, Nicholas Cage, Robert Pattinson, Ghandi, Opera, Adele, Charlie Chaplin, Justin Timberlake, David Beckham, Messi, Ronaldinho,..and many many more. Tom Cruise and Johnny Depp were supposed to be there, but it turned out that celebs travel for different museums around the world. The... More

We pre-booked tickets before we went to Amsterdam. Thank God we did so! The que for people who had not done that was very long. We first attempted to go there on a Friday. Not such a good idea. Even the fast track que was ridiculous. We tried again on Monday, and since it was our last chance to use... More

In fact I went to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Amsterdam two times. One a long time ago, in 1995 and last January 2014. It is located downtown beside the Royal Palace. I never get tired of walking around Amsterdam. And the museum is a good place to go.
