I've been to the ones in London, and New York as well but don't remember it being so empty. Still the kids had a lot of fun and that's what was important to me.

After visiting the New York one, this was a must in Amsterdam. Not as many waxworks and a fair few unknown people but still an enjoyable afternoon out.

First madam tussards I have been to and I really enjoyed it. I don't like the fact u have to pay to have a picture with obama when u spend a fortune on the tickets! I would defiantly book tickets on trip advisor in future! So much cheaper and you can have canal cruise and dungeons for €60 I think.... More

I was here four years ago, dungeon-like scary part was so much fun and seeing the wax people and taking pics was cool. A week ago I visited again, the scary part is gone, now you directly go to the wax museum and the wax people are still the same as four years ago, maybe they added one or two... More

What can you say about a Madame-Tussauds museum? Its a nice place to pass your time instead of going to more educative museums..so getting some culture without an effort. A tourist place to pass another 2 hours.

I am ashamed to say that for all of my travels, I had never visited a Madam Tussauds before. After the miles of walking I had been doing for days, I need a break in doors for a little bit. This museum proved a delightful distraction. The collection is really quite large and I am amazed at how lifelike the... More

We booked fast track tickets, great not to have to queue. Very gimmicky attraction as expected. Good fun posing with all the stars, although not a massive attraction. Spent 30 minutes tops wondering around. Expected a little more. Not value for money.

Wax Museum has a large number of statues of various personalities from all over the world. It is an ideal place for clicking lots of pictures with the great spiritual leaders, models, rock stars, politicians, and artists. From the top floor, view of dam square is spectacular. But the entry ticket costs 22 euro. Best way is to grab a... More

This is the second wax museum I've taken my 8 and 10 year old boys to and we all have had a blast. While I thought the admission price was high, the museum was a good time. It had a diverse selection of music/movie stars as well as historical figures and a number of famous local personalities that we didn't... More
