I had read about this, but didn't put it on the list of must see's. We stumbled across it anyways. Maybe I couldn't appreciate it because I'm not gay, lesbian, or bi. But I can imagine if you are, then it may be something you want to see. The structure of the monument is very small, but still interesting.

The Dutch are typically Dutch. Everybody fits in this country. Always thought the Netherlands were a liberated place to be & it goes without saying when you have a monument dedicated to gays, but that goes without saying after my earlier review of Anne Frankhuis and the persecution of Jews in the 2nd world war,which isn't far away.
