This building is surely off the beaten track (which in my view it is a plus unless it leads to funds shortage...), however it we went because it was extensively described in our guidebook, and sure it's worth the attention if you like architecture. Het Schip (the ship) is an interesting building designed by Michel de Klerk in the style of the Amsterdam School of Architecture.
All the details are in the following website:

A tour of the building is held in Dutch or English ( if tourists are around) by a very skillful guide, and is suitable for all ages.
