This type of hard candy is beloved in Europe, and they make it right in front of you here. The buff girls who staff this place are beating scalding rolls of sugary paste into long coils to chip into small candy, each with an intricate design embedded within. The flavors here are just the best.

Don't go on a Monday as they do their paper work and are just opened to sell the candies. You have to go and see how they make all sorts of candies. It takes a while but is worth every minute of it. Especially with kids. + it is free!
