Here you will learn about the cheese maturing process, about the firm itself, and about tasting different cheeses and what the various aging and milk (cow and goat) does to the taste. Very interesting. The wine they served was not optimized for the purpose, probably because of economics, and this does that it ends up with a 4 star.

We booked a cheese tasting for after the Anne Frank Museum, which is just two short blocks away. We learned a lot about cheese making, which was more enjoyable than I had imagined. But the tasting itself was just wonderful. Not only do you get to taste some incredible cheeses, but they're paired with wine and port! Therefore, you might... More

Cheese is the focus of this event. an hour by the canals. I was lucky to find out about this from the blue cruise line, A big thank you to them. Aged Gouda and 2 differing ages of their goat cheese. All were wonderful, and the wines and port were paired with the cheeses after tasting them alone first. This... More

I loved how the staff were friendly and generous. Great experience worth much more than the price! I think they are a better cultural experience than van Gogh museum ;)

The cheese tasting was a fun afternoon activity in Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, sharing some interesting tidbits about the aging prices of their cheeses. I really appreciated the advice on pairing wines and other foods with the different cheeses. Would recommend.

We tasted different cheese types for free and liked most of them. Bought two types, each 750g. Since we are only 2 people, having breakfast on weekends only, more would be waste of good cheese. The staff were kind and helpful as they shared information on cheese types and recommendations.
