The session consisted of tasting several types of cheeses with accompanying wine. It was very informative and the host made us feel very welcome. This is an experience that is not to be missed by a cheese lover! The reypenaer cheeses are especially unique and may be much more appreciated when learning about their production process. I would recommend this... More

The cheese tasting was brilliant! My boyfriend and I both love cheese (and I love wine...) so it was fascinating to learn so much about the company and the process. The cheeses were all absolutely delicious (as was the wine...) and they're very generous in how much you're allowed to "taste". We didn't need lunch that's for sure! Would highly... More

My daughter( age 24) was a bit reluctant to try this - she felt it might be corny and silly. After reading Trip Advisor and Rick Steve's reviews I knew better. It is a great experience, the cheeses are fantastic and now I learned I have been slicing my cheese way too thick all these years. Check out their website... More

This is an educational visit where you get to taste different cheeses and learn how to pair drinks with them. Would definitely recommend to those who are unsure what cheese they should buy.

Everyone knows dutch cheese is good. But i didnt know that you can learn about it and taste in a fun setting. Our host Daphne was knowledgable and funny and we spent one hour learning about cow and goat cheeses accompanied by white, red and por wines. A must for cheese lovers...

Dutch cheese is really, really good. Two years ago I bought cheese home and this trip was to be no different. I've not been to this particular cheese shop before but found it clean, the service was good, and I was provided many samples of the cheeses for sale. I did not do any sort of formal tasting, but I... More

Extremely friendly staff and thorough explanation that my boyfriend rated it his best experience in Amsterdam. Great cheeses and generous glasses of wine, all in a little underground "cellar" at Reypenaer. Just walk into the shop and ask for cheese and wine tasting.
