It only took an hour for the chese tasting but it was lots of fun! İ am so happy i managed to get into the last class of the day at 4:30pm. They offer 6 cheeses to taste, 2 wines and a port. A sweet deal for 15 Euro in one of the most touristy cities. I arrived 10 mins... More

My friends and I used one of our Holland Pass tickets for this cheese tasting. I had heard that the Dutch were known for gouda, so a cheese tasting was a must. The shop is upstairs and has plenty of cheese for tasting; however, the best experience is to sign up for the class downstairs. They are all set up... More

The cheeses you will taste are excellent, and the wines you will be served match perfectly ! The atmosphere is relaxed and the guide definately knows what he is talking about! Totally worth it!

Me and my wife love cheese. And this is some of the best we have ever tasted. Although you can walk into the shop and try various cheeses for free i would still recommend the cheese tasting. We had a great hostess and learned a lot about cheese and also how wine can really enhance its flavour. Plus you also... More

Excellent cheese tasting and educational as well. Good choice and within walking distance of central station. Also was able to use google maps with the gps without using data on my iphone to find the place. Dave from Vancouver bc.

What an amazing experience! The staff was so nice, I tried enough cheese (for free) to constitute a pretty nice meal, and since the full tasting was booked they created a smaller one for me for 5 Euros that included a nice little tasting of port as well. If you even marginally like cheese don't miss this wonderful spot! They... More

Hubby and I did this while in Amsterdam and we knew little about cheese (except that we love it) and less about wine. We had fun and learned A LOT while doing this! Their cheeses are really wonderful and when we finished with the "class" we got a 15% discount in the store. Would recommend this to anyone!!

I love cheese, but don't really know much about it. The tasting at Reypenaur was fun and informative. The staff was friendly and very knowlegeable. The cheese and wine were both delicious also. I would definitely recommend this tasting to anyone visiting Amsterdam that loves cheese!

Me and my girlfriend went there for a ?15 tasting and it was great. The "teacher" was knowledgeable and we learnt several new things although we are quite experienced with cheese. Our only negative thing to say is that we would have liked it a little longer than an hour. The tasting included 6 different cheeses and 3 types of... More
