I really enjoyed my time and had amazing experience. Even thigh, I am not fan of cheeses, I like the experience a lot. The cheese tasting is taking place under the cheese shop and you will be told about the process and will be introduced to different types of cheeses. You will try cheeses with different types of wine. At... More

The tasting takes place under the shop in a great little classroom for 20 people. The "cheese master" was funny and informative, and the cheese/wine pairing was good. Some interesting nuggets. As I'm used to French and Italian cheeses, it was definitely off the beaten track for me. Absolutely no complaints but it was very filling, so probably best to... More

Had an amazing time at the cheese tasting. Tried six different cheeses paired with three different wines. The host was extremely knowledgeable and recommended other drinks to try with cheese if we wished to keep on tasting cheese and other food/drink when we got back home. Cost was 15 Euros but for 20 Euros there was an included round trip... More

This attraction was recommended by the hotel and proved justified. It is close to the city centre so easy to get to. The tasting room is below the cheese shop has about twenty tables with 2 seats at each so nice for couples and families to taste the cheeses. The tasting took about an hour during which we got to... I came away feeling very happy and a lot more knowledgable. A great little activity and very good value for money. Will recommend to anyone that will listen. The xo cheese was glorious. Lastly, I would like to say thank you very much to the host. He was perfect!

Maybe it's my own fault but I went to the cheese museum the day before and tried so many different cheeses and I just wasn't as impressed with the cheeses at the tasting. It was definitely a unique experience and I would suggest it to others, as the gouda was delicious... but cheese museum has this place beat.

Who is lover of cheese cannot miss in Amsterdam a visit in this producer store. It is really a big pleasure . Do not skimp and opting for the premium tasting that includes seven fantastic cheeses (2 of goat's and 5 of cow's milk) accompanied by three simple but well harmonized wines, besides the great explanation of experts. Before leaving,... More

As a cheese lover, I was really excited about visiting Reypenaer. For 15 euro we got to taste a ton of cheese, drink lots of paired wine, and learn a bit about how Gouda is made. The staff was fun and entertaining as well. Highly recommended for anyone who likes cheese and wine.
