Welcome to the perfect Canal Cruise Experience!Language guarantee! We strive to create a unique experience on our regular cruises (our City Canal Cruises, Evening Cruises and Blue Boat Dinner Cruise); all our boats are equipped with an extensive Personal Audio System that lets you select the language you prefer. On our City Canal Cruise we offer 17 languages choose from! We provide you with your own set of headphones, which are yours to keep. It also means you do not have to listen to any of the other languages, just to the one that you have selected. And because you only hear one language, we can tell you more!Blue Boat Company's fleet consists of luxurious party boats; six of our boats are fitted with wheelchair access en two are powered by electricity, using “green electricity” to make our contribution to cleaner air. All our boats have a glass roof that can be opened, an outside deck on the back (ideal for picture taking!)and in winter, we turn on our central heating! In summer, take our unique small open boat, the Blue Sky Boat, for a more intimate tour. And don't forget our unique 4 course a la carte dinner cruise, which combines a lovely meal, specially selected wines and the best views in one evening!

A lovely end to a busy day in the museums. A slow boat ride along the canal with all the explanation you need to fill in the gaps about Amsterdam's history. A must do when visiting the city.

The history isn't something you really go for when your in Amsterdam but this tour was insightful on just that, if not a little cheesy with the female and male duo giving the commentary while the boat went round the 75 min tour, it made me laugh alot, also saw more of Amsterdam while sat on a nice warm comfy... You glide by the house boats, buildings, people, and under bridges. Every moment was a real tourist experience. The architectural experience is a photo op at every turn

I dont have any other canal tour companies to compare this with, but we had a great time. Boat was clean and new, captain was courteous and the views were magnificent in a sunny day. Runs for a little more than one hour. Highly recommended to get a good overview of the city.

This was the second time going on a boat tour while in Amsterdam and it did not disappoint. A great way to see all the sights of the city at a very reasonable price. The company has a stall selling snacks, drinks and hot dogs that can be purchased before boarding. You are provided with disposable earphones if you wish... More

The canal tour allows you to see Amsterdam from a different perspective. The captain greeted us as we got on board and was very pleasant. As it was raining when we were getting off he kindly offered us an umbrella. There were earbuds in sealed plastic bags available to listen to the audio commentary as we moved through the canals.... My boyfriend gifted me this tour as my Christmas present to see the Amsterdam light festival from the canals. The boat was fully booked and we were unfortunate to be in the end of the line to get on so we couldn't sit together nor did I feel we had much space crammed on a table with uncomfortable chairs. Apart... More

The first thing my family did was to take the Blue Boat Canal tour. It was a cold and windy morning so it was nice to ride inside a nice warm boat and get an overview of the city.

We enjoyed a cruise around many of Amsterdam's Canals in a small open topped boat. From what I could see, on a fine day this style of touring provided a much better experience than the much bigger boats. The only negative - the man operating the boat provided a commentary, but we would have appreciated much more information than was... More

We took the Festival of Light tour with a family of 4 and had a wonderful time. The tables are a bit crowded (they are made for 6 so we sat with 2 others) but the live guide was friendly and funny as we went through all the major canals as well as seeing the light installations. There is a... More
