A must see!

If you visit Den Bosch this is a must see. Take the lift to the top for the breathtaking views then work your way down through the exhibition. Highly recommend it.

The Bosch paintings are dispersed over several major museums all over the world. The JBAC shows tham all in one place. Although it is not the 'real thing', seeing all the Bosch paintings at their real size, up-close with a great audio-tour is a great experience!

Interesting display of Jheronimus Bosch's work housed in a beautiful church. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who provided us with audio guides and explained the best order in which to view the collection. We watched a film that explained about Bosch's life and the main influences on his artwork before taking the elevator to the top floor... More

Had the priviliage of singing here to an audience of 800+ with the local mixed choir, Gemeng'd Koor & from Wales, Bridgend Male Choir - almost 150 choristers in all. A wonderful environment & acoustic. The decor is very intersting with unusual artefacts hanging from ceilings & walls.

interesting display of Bosch's work but beyond the architectural clock, the morality message of the paintings was repetitive.

Contemplating the (in)famous work of this artist and contextualizing his life while being in this old church is a unique experience. It's six euros to get in but you get an elevator ride up five floors to the top of the tower for great views of the city, a useful audio commentary in English, a very good film, and sculptures... Although the museum doesn't have paintings but fantastic photographs on the size of the Original painting. Keep some distance and you are in the age of Jeroen Bosch. Very fine done.

You won't find any of this masterpieces (actually the few remaining ones are all abroad, apparently), but a detailled and interesting recostruction of his times and style, Very informative audio guides. Detailled reproductions are shown inside a former bell tower (from which top you can have a wonderful view of the town). Not the typical museum. Recommended for kids too.

In spite of no originals there, I have found this Jheronimus Bosch Art Center, situated in the converted church, absolutely delightful to visit. There is a good introductory film and the audio tour guides you thru the gallery, including a glass elevator which lifts you up to a height of 40 meters where one can overlook the city of 's-Hertogenbosch,... we travelled about 2 hours to 's-Hertogenbosch, especially to visit the art centre. the entrance is to impressive hall. the stuff are very friendly and knowledgeable. the only disappointment is that there are no originals. only reproductions. but it's worth while and very interesting. unfortunately, we missed the reconstructed workshop, maybe because we were too tired to notice ant signs.
