We were here in Breda for an afternoon orchestral concert and spent a couple of hours walking and enjoying some of the beautifully preserved, elegant streets in the shopping district, but the true cultural highlight outside of the concert was the visit to this church, which is a beautifully preserved historic relic. It feels, as if nothing has changed, the... More

This is a beautiful church in Breda, well worth a visit. One end of the church is dominated by a beautiful organ, with its enormous pipes stunningly decorated with gold figurines. Interior details, the sculptures and artwork are very impressive.

Huge and beautiful church in the square area. It's hard to take photo of the whole building wihtin one picture. It's definately one of the beautiful landmarks in Breda.

Must visit in Breda. It is a pity the access to bell tower is very limited. We understood wrong that bell tower is open for visiting from 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, but it was just AT 1:00 p.m. So it was too late at 1:40 already, and we missed it. Interior details and the very scale of the XV -XVI... More

Many Dutch cities seem to have a church as the centrepiece to their town and Breda is no exception. The main tower dominates the sky so we decided to have a look inside. One end is completely dominated by the organ with its massive pipes beautifully decorated with gold figurines. Around the rest of the church are amazingly ornate pieces... More

De Kerkschat is a part of Breda's stunning white church, as it contains important relics from the church's history. The little museum can be accessed for free, when you are walking through the church and it's absolutely a thing you want to see.

I've got in Breda in after touring Holland for few days and seeing this beautiful architectural masterpiece was totally unexpected. Very high it dominates the whole city. Breda it's a lovely tiny city and if for any reason you'll have the chance to get here it is absolutely worth to visit this huge and stunning church.
