Camping here is expensive (over E50 per night in 2014). For this they do not include toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. Nor are the museums in the park included (like the excellent Kroller Muller). But the bikes are completely free. So it's a bit schizophrenic. Smart architecture designed ablutions, but you have find 50c for the shower, free... More

One of the National Parks in the Netherlands. It costs to enter and park, you need to pick up a ticket to leave the car park but if you forget don't worry there is someone in the ticket office. Once in there is a bike park. We entered from the village of Otterlo, there are another two entrances. You take... More

I was recommended to take our three teenage boys here 12-17yrs, at 7pm(19:00) they didn't want to leave!! Initially they balked at the 'ordinary' bikes ( at home they have speed / cross bikes) ,but as soon as they were set free, they disappeared and just enjoyed it, they "converted" the bikes to Harley like bikes(!!!!....) Riding around the vast... More

We were a couple with two girls. We took three pairs of bicycle. The youngest was put on my bike. We ride 12 kilometers in a marvelous view. Don't miss it if you're at natherland. During the way in the forest you can find nice places to stop for a picnic. Good luck

I just want to comment on the "bike" culture of the park. The idea is novel -- park your car, hop on a bike and tour the park. The park is beautiful and the bikes are fun, but you need to be forewarned about Dutch bike culture. We encountered many school groups during our visit, and they will run you... More

We had a lovely day here. Picked up bikes at the Otterlo entrance and rode around. (There is an entrance fee to the park but no additional cost to use the white bikes). Visited the tourist centre then walked through the sculpture forest & garden to the Kroller Muller Museum where we spent a couple of hours, then rode back... More

MUST DOs: 1. GALLERY!!! Seems like the only place you can see Van Gogh's painting without lining up (compare to galleries in Amsterdam). Have massive paintings/statues inside, huge landscape display outdoors, and we see a red fox walk along the paths around the gallery and jump over flowers. The food in gallery cafe is nice too. Love their mushroom soup.... More

Great and fantastic place. Wonderful park and the campsite inside was really good and with new and clean facilities, even the weather was not fine... It rained a lot!! 😑

spent the day based on reviews in tripadvisor and several other websites which recommended this as a family activity basically claiming "what's not to like?" well... we chose the calmest day of April and enjoyed good weather. we entered through the southern entrance (there are two more - north east and north west) which is the furthest away from the... Although man made, this park looks and feels natural. The country residence St Hubertus, the Kroller Muller Museum and Museonder are nice stops and easy to acces with one of the free white bikes from the park. People with a mobility handicap may take their own car in the park for free. In the park are special bikes with a... More
