The views never cease to amaze me everytime I go here. I will never tire of it and it is one of my favourite places on earth. The walk from the inexpensive car park (around £3 in the summer months) along the top of the cliff is breaktaking what ever view you are looking at. It is also flat and... More

Having seen and walked most of Rhossilli, we finally got to walk to the worms head. Needing the tide to be out for at least 2 hours this walk is not for the unfit. Some of the rocks you have to climb over are rough and sharp and steep banks onto and off the causeway. But when you get there,... More

Everything about Rhossilli Bay is idyllic. It is close to other lovely beaches. The walk down to Rhossilli Bay itself is quite a trek and is not suitable for unfit older people or the disabled.

Very pretty bay, sandy beach and clear water which was ideal for the children. It was quite a walk down to it but well worth it. There is a national trust visitor centre and a pub which serves food at the top.

It's many years since I've visited Rhossili and I had forgotten how lovely it is, especially on a beautiful Spring day

The walk down to the beach is definitely worth it. Not suitable for prams due to the steps to the beach but if you can carry the little ones down I would definitely recommend it. The views are stunning and the beach is flat and stretches for miles. £4 to park all day so not bad at all.

We visited here on a very busy Easter weekend but the large national trust car park was big enough to cater for all. There are amazing views of the beach and a lovely fairly flat walk to the Worms Head where you can cross the causeway if the tide is out. Plenty of places to eat and drink on the... More

We went just before Sunset on a beautiful clear night it was one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. We have been to visit this beautiful area before and it is one of my favourite locations.

Not 100% sure why this has been voted the number 1 beach, I've seen plenty of nicer ones around Wales! Including fall bay which was a beach around the corner from Rhossili - not sure this is accessible by car though as we were walking the coastal path! Visited on Easter Sunday, the weather was nice and the car park... More

Lovely place to visit, can take a while to get to but it is definitely worth it. from the southerly car park it is a fair amount of steps but once on the beach it is a golden sand beach with ship wrecks depending on the tide. The cliffs are worth exploring including a look outpost to worms head. There... More
