Have been here on each visit to Zurich. Have never had issues with staff or lines(on weekdays) In fact quite a relaxing afternoon on each visit. The price of 58chf, seems reasonable for a complete experience. Numerous baths with varying temperatures and jet speeds. Not to be missed is the rooftop spa overlooking the City. Best viewed with a fresh... More

It's just not a tourist friendly place. You start by getting a huge line at the entrance and you don't even know what to get because there's absolutely nothing written in English, so you lose 20min just getting the instructions from the staff to find out what the hell you should buy. When you get in, it's even worse because... More

Came here on a Sunday. Paid for two simple tickets (w/o Spa), a bathrobe, a chicken-stick and two coffees about 90 Euros. For this price we were able to enter 4 pools of about 20-30 square meters each full of kissing and caressing teenagers plus one steam bath. The chicken was not prepared well, the coffees were good. Relaxation was... More

The experience starts with a line at the front desk.. followed by, in my case anyway, a deer in headlights clerk who totally failed at explaining the irish/roman spa and the famous "round" to follow. So, the clerk administers a chip band for any further purchases, however, this chip does not work for the lockers, there is another key for... More

I have been to the Thermalbad & Spa in Zurich many times (with friends or my boyfriend) and I really like it. But you have to be careful with the timing. On weekends and public holidays it is very (!) crowded and not really relaxing. On weekdays however it is the perfect place to relax. I always go to the... More

During my second stay at the B2 Hotel I had plenty of time to enjoy the baths and I am glad I was "only" paying 25CHF instead of the full 56CHF since I was a hotel guest. The facility is beautiful in terms of design and how the space of the old Hürliman Brewery was converted. I feel that the... More

This place is incredible. I've visited spas which share this concept previously but this one was certainly one of the best. The rooftop pool is incredible with wonderful views and not terribly crowded. No time limit or reservation needed but if busy you may have to wait. Fortunately I did not have to and was there during the day, early.

Noise management is quite frankly very poor throughout the building and the benefits yielded from the waters, steam etc. are reduced significantly by the constant loud chattering of people in all spaces, including even the steam rooms which have very obvious "bitte ruhe" signs on the doors. I do recommend this place, but will not be returning without earplugs next... More

Beautiful location, the spa offers you different kind of packages and treatment. I chose the Irish- Roman ritual, and found it awesome! You have 8 kind of sauna, pools, and relaxing area. Then the pool on the rooftop is fantastic, you can enjoy an amazing view over the beautiful city of Zurich. I went there on Sunday and it was... More

I visited with my wife who was given a gift voucher on a Monday afternoon. You'd think it would be quiet on a Monday afternoon in a non-holiday week. You'd be wrong, it was pretty jammed. That said we both enjoyed our time there (we spent a couple of hours there). The place itself is beautiful with high, vaulted ceilings... More
