It is quite easy to find, you can go by yourself. Just walk up and sit on the benches to enjoy the view of the city. I went during sunset, it was breathtaking. The beautiful cotton candy clouds were behind the trees, the buildings on the opposite side of the lake was picturesque.

If you are a photographer, this is a place where to take your time and pictures. You will love it there, even if many tourists come for a visit.

One of the squares that offers probably the most beautiful panoramic view of Zürich located right in the Old Town.

Joined a walking tour and the guide took us to this place for a very nice view of the city. Passing small streets and short climb to get there, don't worry if you're thirsty as there is fountain at the park you can refill your water bottle there.

Fun historical stop with a great story of women using subterfuge to defend the city. Went there in the winter, cant imagine what it feels like in summer with all the trees with leaves.

It's a nice view from there and is easy to arrive there from the city center. It's near other tourist points like Fraumünster and St. Peterskirche.

on the left side of the Limmat, you need to pass Lindenhofplatz. The view on the right bank is unprenable. Also you are in the middle of the leftbank old town. Nice place to eat your sanswich in summer

This place is perfect for a nice view of the old town and it is only a short stroll away from the main street. It has a nice. relaxed feeling and it is not crowded at all. In the square there are a few giant chess boards which everyone can use.
