Stunning shop - all temperature controlled. Friendly & efficient staff who look more like air crew than shop assistants. So many different & wonderful chocolates that decision making is almost impossible but as everything is so delicious, does it matter what you choose? Delicious hot chocolate too plus macaroons & various other delights. A visit here is a must when... More

This relaxing place is a must for every chocolate lover. Their hot chocolate is just PERFECT! The Chocolat Chaud (around 6 CHF, if i recall correctly) was just so divine. We enjoyed their other chocolate creations, too. And yes, we agree that their Luxemburgerli tastes better than Laduree macarons. The service at Sprungli, Bahnhofstrasse store is impeccable - attentive, warm... More

We came here because we have had macarons in Paris and we wanted to compare them to the Luxembergerli. The cookie part was similar to macarons, but the fillings were not as good. The fillings are not as ganache-like as the fillings are in macarons. The cookie part in the luxembergerli were very lite. The chocolate ones were our favorites... More

I love macarons. The Swiss have them and they are called Luxemburgerli. For 12 CHF you can get 12 of them - all sorts of flavors. While the shells are very similar to traditional French Macarons - the fillings to me are quite different. If you want to compare there is a Laduree nearby - so you can have some... More

It was cold outside and asked if we could eat inside with the dog which was no problem. We had chicken Salad which was very nice and a local cocktail called Hugo which I would recommend. Staff were very friendly and made a fuss of our dog. We shared a lovely Coffee eclair, would definitely return.

I stopped by the Sprungli shop near the main entrance of the Zurich HB Station to get their "world-famous" Luxemburgerli and I was not disappointed at all. I was nicely greeted by their staff. I chose about 12 flavors of Luxemburgerli available at that time and all of them were heavenly delicious. My favorite was the one with "mocha" flavor.... More

This restaurant featured positively in Lonely Planet, Switzerland so my wife and I decided to have our afternoon tea here. It is easily found, located right beside the tram stop in Paradeplatz. We opted for tea, a vanila slice and some plain butter cake. All was very nice, service was good but overall, a little on the expensive side. The... More

The cakes need no further explenation, the coffee that. We had (latte) can not be described better than 'below average'. That is a shame, cause it could have been heaven in the middle of Zurich. I must admit that I am a coffee snob, so if you don't care that much about coffee (something unimaginable from my point of view... More

Wow! I love some Swiss Chocolate and this place doesn't disappoint. We had several different things and all of them were wonderful. We also got a small sample of the chocolate ice cream...amazing! This place is definitely worth your time if you are in the area. There is so much to do in this area that I am sure you... More

They have the best macarons and mini desserts. The restaurant can get a little crowded at lunch and during "zvieri" (afternoon snack/tea/coffee time), but if you get seated, the service is quite fast. Food is good, but a pricey. Though it's not a lot more expensive than the rest of the Bahnhofstrasse. Caramel eclairs and chocolate truffes cake are my... More
