The "Zoo" in Zurich is one of the best zoological garden in the world in my opinion. You have a huge variety of animals, animal houses, the Masoala rainforest hall and many more. We spent a half-day on a rather quick visit to the Zurich Zoo. We were very impressed with this zoo. The outdoor habitats have a very open feel with few fences between you and the animals. We especially liked the rhinos, tigers, and monkeys. There is also a huge indoor rain forest with a real waterfall. More

Really a very special place to go. Book a day for it and enjoy a slow walk trough all the theme parks. A really attraction is the "Masola Hall" a real piece of Madagaskar in Zurich. For the size that Zurich is, it's zoo is beyond impressive. Very well maintained and widely spread out. Been here many times but can always return time and time again. More

Very convenient on the tram, its a good outside activity, the restaurant was good. It's an older zoo and shows it but the kids will love it even if you have reservations. More

we were lucky cause the weather was great. Everything was great but especially gorillas were amazing. Tiger show was entertaining. Aquarium was really interesting. If you have time you should visit the zoo in zurich. Great place for kids and big kids. More
