I`ve been to this art gallery several times and it`s one of the best in Switzerland. They have a good range of world class painting from several centuries.

Fantastic impressionist collection in a beautiful villa above the city of Winterthur, an absolute must see if you make it to Winterthur. Enjoy lunch or a cup of coffee at the lovely café inside the museum.

In this small museum you'll see wonderful paintings by Lukas Cranach... More

Famous paintings from all six French impressionists, van Gogh, and a lot of other famous painters. Brillant and worth a visit or even the trip!

A worthwhile collection of mostly 19th century paintings (by e.g. Pierre-August Renoir, Edouard Manet, Paul Cézanne, VanGogh ...) on display in the villa of the man who collected them. After looking at the collection, I recommend drinking a coffee on the veranda to enjoy the lovely park with a view of Winterthur. Entrance fee is 9 or 12 francs (students... More
