Looking for a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with the children? Our visit to the Swiss Science Museum TECHNORAMA was an outstanding outing. The museum is composed of about 500 interactive exhibits, and there are different attractions for all ages.. There are multitudes of subjects, ranging from smoke rings, to shadow dancing, to wooden construction pieces that make sounds... More

This is the kind of museum I like. In regular museum, you always see signs saying "do not touch this" etc... Here, you have to touch everything if you want to understand what is happening! This is awesome! Adults learn much about science (physics, math, chemistry but also psychology, medicine and so on), and children have a great time doing... More

If you have time to spend while taking a holiday with your family in Switzerland, spend it in this beautifully designed, built and equipped museum. Make sure you take time along - it will fly by without you feeling it. An experience you won't forget...

Spent one day at this technical museum and enjoyed it very much. Lot of things to try and great shows to watch.

The Technorama is a museum where you are supposed to touch things. Many experiments explain you the world of physics and technology. A brilliant place for kids and adults. The museum is large and I would recommend maybe two half-day visits. There is also a restauraunt and a picnic zone. It can be rather full on rainy week-ends.

This museum is a must visit for kids and adults alike. We spent 4 hours and still had some sections to cover. The exhibits are well arranged, with decent descriptions. And they are hands-on! My kids loved it. Took me back to my school and college days. I wish I had been to a museum like this to understand the... More

I didn't expect too much from Technorama honestly but fortunately I was greatly disappointed! The place is HUGE: 3 floors, several shows during the days, labs to enjoy during guided visits. There are several areas depending on the branch of science: Magnetism, Electricity, Gases, Wave sounds, Biology, etc full of small interactive experiments you can proof and explanation in 4... More

What an incredible experience. There is no way you can visit even half of the fantastic hands on exhibits in a single day. Water, magnets, optical illusions, music and much much more! Great for children of all ages from 5 to 99!

Interactive exhibits, shows and a little park. Unfortunately there's too much to handle in one day, but don't worry, because no matter where you start it's all fun!

Technorama is a brilliant place for all people who are either interested in analysing natural phenomena or who are interested in the combination of science and aesthetics. The exhibits are really cool, the staff is really friendly, and even if you have seen some Science Centers, there will be several exhibits which are new to you and really awesome. As... More
