Great statue of Freddie who is still an absolute icon. But this is just a statue and there isn't much else you can stay! Good spot and lots of other 'art' along the promeade

Such a beautiful place. The memorial, the water, the whole beautiful place. Take it in both day and night because the beauty is there in both and some amazing photo opportunities against an amazing backdrop. A must do for any Queen fan.

Along the walk is an amazing botanical display that often features some surprises, such as characters from Madagascar and Jungle Book. However, the most striking feature for many is the memorial the Freddie Mercury, of the world famous group Queen. Freddie loved Montreux,... More

Freddie Mercury statue is a great place for photo opportunity not only for Queen fans. Amazing views all around. Located at the lake shore. There is plenty areas or walk around and dine. Worth to stop for 5 minutes when in the area.

Freddie lived and recorded his music for about 25 years in Montreux, including his album "Jazz", recorded during the 1978 Montreux Jazz Festival and his last album "Made in Heaven", shortly... More

Great taking pictures as the sun sets, as it makes it look like Freddie is grabbing the sun.... It's a statue and lots of people crowd around to take photos... but really there's not much to it.

On a busy promenade it's a fun place to stop for a photo. It's not so much the memorial as the ambiance and scenic views around

You have to be a Freddie Mercury fan to appreciate this statue. But if you are, then you would surely want a photo of yourself with the Queen of rock.
