Awe - the highlight of my trip

Wonderful tribute to Freddie and such a beautiful, tranquil setting. Right on the lake side by the market square. Rest in Peace Freddie x

Montreux was a favorite of Freddie Mercury and this is just a memorial of him. Must visit for any Freddie Mercury fan.

I agree with Stuart - it's just a statue. However, since it's in the main square by the lake, it's worth a 5 minute look and picture.

Nice statue. Great to see Freddie is being celebrated in the city. Although there were quite a few famous people statues dotted around the lake front, but Freddie's is the only full size statue I have see. Take a picture and enjoy.

People actually bring fresh flowers to his statue on the lake shore. He has amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains, great for photos.

So I love the late and great Freddie Mercury and the statue depicts him in a typical pose. It's not particularly interesting though and whilst it's a nice attraction as you walk around the lake it's nothing special. If you are nearby go and see it if you aren't it's not worth the bother.

Perhaps smaller than I'd thought but conveniently located on the lakeshore sidewalk about 350 meters from the casino housing the Queen Studio Experience. Freddie's iconic and defiant stance is close enough for people to touch and have their pics taken. He doesn't quite come alive but best to visit after having been to the Queen Studio Experience while the music... More

It is really not an attraction but nevertheless it is a nice monument/memorial on the shore of Lake Geneva. Nice spot to take a picture and remember a great artist.
