It is one of the beautiful alpine in Swiss. We felt it great once we reached there since it was the first day in Swiss on the way from Geneva to Interlaken. after seeing the great Titlis and Jungfraujoch ..this wont be a must go. However there were a few tourists since we reached early in the morning. Got some... More

I lived in the Montreux area for several years and I went to Rocher-de-Naye on several occasions. There are nice views from the top into every direction, in particular over the lake geneva. There's a restaurant and a self-service as well as a little marmot-zoo, a round-walk and alpine-flower garden. In order to get there you can take the train... More

Took the train up and was greeted with extraordinary views. Had a very nice luch at the top. Good typical Swiss food. Not a tourist trap!

My husband went on this trip and absolutely loved it. Said it was the highlight of our trip so far. Very clear sunny day with unlimited visibility. Highly recommend

Buy a map, wine and some food (you can purchase everything right there in the restaurant) and you can take a very pleasant walk almost to any direction. All trekking routes are clearly marked (as everywhere in Switzerland) so you won't get lost.

A slow train up the mountain, check the weather as we went in August, got the 10am train, fantastic views from the top just until midday, then it was too cloudy to see anything. Well worth a visit

This is a quaint little place, the train ride up is slow but enjoyable - however the price is very high. When you reach the summit, there are spectacular views but very little else. I personally wouldnt take small chidlren here.

I've been up to the top dozens of times, living below on its flank. Start from either Caux or Sonchaux, you'll have a beautiful half-day. The only negative is the grouping of microwave towers at the top, which impact on the experience. Choose an early morning departure on a full-moon night, and you'll be rewarded. Of course, you can also... More

I went there with a friend visited during xMas. I general I would say it's a nice trip with the funicular. The views is impressive especially when the weather is good. I was a bit disapointed coz the paronamic restaurant was closed, the price for the funicular from Caux was expensive and you're forced to buy train+ski. Not interesting when... More

Take the train up to the top of Rochers-de-Naye passing small villages on the way up to be greeted by the most stunning views. During Winter relax with a glass of Swiss wine with your fondue lunch.
