I have tried several language courses there and I was always disappointed by the teachers. They are not professionals. One made us buy books for nearly CHF 100.- that we never opened. One worked with only photocopies in any random order of the subjects. For languages I would rather recommend Université Populaire.

My experience taking two French courses at Ecole-club Migros was great, all because of my instructor, Catherine. She was a very good teacher, patient, knowledgeable and socially adept. There are better schools for french. Eg. Ecole Agora. Migro's quality is often rated very poor when I speak with friends and I didn't believe them and I tried anyway. It wasn't structured, the class was too big, people took over the class and spoke non stop. That's completely not fair when you are paying for the group lesson. The... More
