Marvelous!! The view is hard to beat, and the architecture is unique. The boat ride in the pond looked lame, so we skipped it.

Not the easiest place to reach by car however worth a visit. The top of the tower is even higher than the eiffel tower if you calculate the total hight of the place above sea level. With good visibility, you can see Lausanne city, the Lake, the Mont Blanc and great surroundings. About 150 steps to go up, nothing major.... More

Unfortunately, we tried to navigate to this tower from the TripAdvisor listing. The address is wrong! It's currently listed as Avenue de Rhodanie 2, Lausanne 1000. This puts the tower right near the waterfront very close to the port area and the Olympic Museum. It's nowhere near there! We ended up right at the listed address, only to find another... More

on the top of a hill, in a forest, it looks like a matches building, and is quite funny to climb up (2 different stairs to go up and to come down, turning in opposite directions). The view is nice, and in fact you can see the top otf the tower from a lot of spots around Lausanne.

This is an excellent park to have a walk or run or do what ever you fell like ,then walk the stairs to see the beautiful view of the city of Lausanne

Cute little area for walking, seeing farm animals, and a little restaurant that overlooks the pond. Climb the tower to see all of Lausanne. It's a great (and free!) way to spend a gorgeous sunny afternoon.

A fantastic view over Lake Geneva and the whole of Lausanne, even if it is quite a climb to get to the top! My partner and I are quite young and fit, but it was extremely cold and I have to say, I struggled!! Would probably not be ideal for the very old or anyone with a physical disability, but... More

Definitely worth to go. If you like hiking, don't take the bus up and enjoy your way ... there are some spots where you can take pictures and enjoy the view before you get there. If you are not in shape you can always take the bus. Close to the sight you have restaurant and a nice like which is... More

Great views of Lake Geneva from atop this tower and best of all, it's free! Too bad it is very un-Swisslike poorly maintained. I was looking at the plaques commemorating the people and organizations that funded the building of the tower, and thought that if I were one of them, I wouldn't be too happy that my name could no...
